Communication and media

We constantly aim to create a climate of communication that is open and sincere, one that will favor the exchange of ideas and information at all levels.  We can only feel united by communicating well and often with one another. Therefore, we use media to keep in touch with those close to us and around the world: every month or two, there is a video link-up from the Focolare Center in Rome with global news http://collegamentoch.focolare.org/en/. In between these times, newsletters are often sent via email. In addition, the Focolare has a monthly magazine, Living City, and a publishing house, New City Press. Their purpose is to evangelize us, so that we in turn can be evangelists, “salt and light” in the world.  We network with all those men and women of good will who want to contribute sincerely to a more just, fraternal and united world.
