John Mark Falkenhain, OSB, a monk of Saint Meinrad Archabbey in southern Indiana, is a licensed psychologist, a faculty member at Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology, and a fellow in human formation with Saint Luke Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Fr. Patrick Gilger, S.J., is Assistant Professor of Sociology at Loyola University and a Contributing Editor at America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Angelica Kerr is part of the team that facilitates Courageous Conversations forums for racial equity and works as a data reporting analyst for Scientific and Academic Publishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Amy Uelmen is the Director for Mission and Ministry at Georgetown Law School and the coauthor of 5 Steps to Healing Polarization in the Classroom (New City Press).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Fr.
