Annual Christmas Performance
The Christmas Performance took place at Mariapolis Luminosa in the beginning of December. Here are some photos of the event.
This year’s Luminosa Award for Unity has been awarded to Dr. Anthony Cernera , president of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, and president of the International Federation of Catholic Universities which represents Catholic colleges and universities. The award ceremony took place during a conference titled, “The Search for Unity: the Role of Religiously Affiliated Colleges and Universities,” sponsored by the Focolare’s Center for Education in Dialogue .
On May 10th, a planetary relay race took place. Youth from 10-17 years old ran to promote their ideal and their commitment for peace and unity.
