After busy days at work I always try to rest on the first of my days off.  On one of those days, I was really relaxing watching my favorite show on TV that I had recorded.

When it was over I had a strong temptation to watch more, but I felt like the Holy Spirit was prompting me to start cleaning the house.  I knew that was the "narrow gate" to follow Jesus.

“I am the gate. Whoever enters through me will be saved, and will come in and go out and find pasture.” (Jn 10:9)

I found the energy to get my work done.  My next task at hand was a "narrow gate" for me as well, and after finishing that I really felt peace and freedom within.
